After focusing on operations to grow teams and organizations in Sales and Marketing industries I found EOS which put language to what I had been doing. After getting certified in EOS I quickly realized that it was lacking in sales and selling systems, leadership development, and project management. Based on my experience those areas were KEY to growing Revenue.
